Abstract

|
Spinal pain is one of the most common musculoskeletal pain in the human. The conservative treatment methods include oral medication, and physical therapy. When patients’ pain is refractory to these treatment, clinicians can consider an epidural steroid injection or pulsed radiofreqeuncy stimulation. Furthermore, spinal orthoses are known to be helpful to alleviate patients’ spinal pain. Spinal orthoses which are used in clinical practice for managing spinal pain is as follows: soft neck collar, Philadelphia collar,lumbosacral corset,andthoracolumbosacralorthosis Inthe currentstudy,we reviewedepidural steroid injection,pulsedradiofrequency, andspinalorthosis.
